Job Description

Job Summary

PACCAR is seeking qualified candidates to fill an EDI Coordinator position. This position is responsible for supporting our trading partner community with EDI on-boarding and ongoing operations and also with the PACCAR extranet portal, SupplierNet. Daily activities include includes processing access requests for SupplierNet, serving as the initial contact for troubleshooting with trading parts and serving as the liaison between operating divisions and IT for EDI inquiries.  Successful candidates for this position will have a strong desire to gain technical skills to advance their careers.

 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provision Supplier Access to SupplierNet, Extranet Portal
  • Troubleshoot Supplier-Related Issues in SupplierNet
  • Work with the Supplier Community to Resolve Operational Errors
  • Troubleshoot errors in EDI transactions and transmissions
  • Work with External Trading Partners, Internal Business Partners and EDI Developers to Correct Root Cause of Errors
  • Coordinate, Configure and Test EDI Implementations with New Suppliers
  • Develop And Maintain User-Facing And Internal Documentation
  • Keep Accurate Records of Account Administration and Troubleshooting Activities in IT Tracker

  • Knowledge of  X12 EDI Transactions (830, 862, 850, 855, 856, 810)
  • Familiarity With EDIFACT EDI Transactions (DELFOR, ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC)
  • Ability to read and understand Raw EDI Files
  • Experience With EDI Software, Specifically IBM Sterling B2B Integrator And Gentran

 

Education Requirement
Undergraduate Degree Preferred
