Division Information

PACCAR Financial (PFC)

PACCAR Financial facilitates the sale of premium-quality Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF trucks in 20 countries on three continents worldwide by offering a full spectrum of creative, flexible financial products and value-added services specifically tailored to the transportation industry.

Requisition Summary

The Division Program Manager leads the business in strategic initiatives and partners with IT to ensure division goals are met.  The individual communicates expectations, issues, and statuses to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.  

The Six Sigma Black Belt is responsible for integrating Six Sigma concepts and tools into the business and for leading the way on improvements in product and process quality. The individual uses quantitative information to drive business decisions and recommends tradeoffs between internal constraints and customer expectations.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Manage division project portfolio from a business perspective
  • Escalate issues and provide status information to senior management
  • Promote and apply Six Sigma tools, Lean methodologies, and best practices
  • Help develop and lead cross-functional teams
  • Deliver training and facilitate workshops for internal and external customers
  • Occasional travel required (10-25%)

Qualifications/Skills

  • Strong leadership with an ability to resolve conflict and arrive at collaborative solutions
  • Creative problem solving with a passion for quality and a desire to drive change
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills
  • Flexibility to  transition easily between strategic  and tactical activities
  • Ability to distill complex information into simpler concepts and actionable tasks
  • Technology savvy and strong in Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint and Visio

Education/Training


•  Bachelor’s degree required

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Project Management certification or proven experience
  • Advanced Degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Financial Services industry helpful
