The brands that comprise PACCAR Winch Division include Braden, Carco, and Gearmatic.
Braden's history began in 1924 with the Braden Steel Corporation located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Braden originally supplied equipment for the oil fields that included drive heads for popping shallow wells. Glenn Braden's close involvement with oil production and the automobile entering the American industrial age coincided in 1927 where he introduced the first Braden truck mounted winch designed for unloading and positioning loads in the oil fields.

We currently have an opportunity for Maintenance Supervisor in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

Job Functions / Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and assign work to the maintenance staff as needed.  Will establish and control preventative and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment remains in top working order.  Will maintain the necessary records and coordinate activities with other departments.  Will play a lead role in project implementation.  Will perform special projects as assigned.

Will plan, schedule and assign work to maintenance personnel to attain production objectives. Will ensure proper staffing, training, motivation and safety of the maintenance staff.  Will recommend or initiate personnel actions including promotions, transfers, disciplinary measures, etc., in accordance with company policies and procedures. Actively seeks new and improved methods of operations to ensure an efficient and competitive operation.


The position requires a minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading industrial maintenance responsibilities as described above.   Must demonstrate working knowledge of machine repair, mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, electrical equipment and facilities maintenance.  Demonstrated ability to lead and improve performance of industrial personnel.  The successful candidate will also possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills; a demonstrated ability to successfully manage others; analytical capacity and an ability to work within deadlines to achieve goals.  A degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Position will be filled at grade level and salary based upon candidates experience level, education and certification attainment.
