Division Information


PACCAR Parts operates a network of parts distribution centers offering aftermarket support to Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF dealers and customers around the world. Aftermarket support includes customer call centers operating 24 hours a day throughout the year and technologically advanced systems to enhance inventory control and expedite order processing.

Requisition Summary

This position is responsible for the internal management and documentation related to the  analysis, identification, development, implementation and on-going operations support of TRP retail locations in the U.S. and Canadian Markets. Including retail site selection, support and coordination of real estate acquisition, coordination of dealer and PACCAR Parts activities that support the opening and operation of TRP stores in the U.S. and Canada.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Identification of retail market opportunities via market and field research. Including territory mapping, truck population, parts market analysis, commercial real estate listings etc.
  • Assistance and coordination with sponoring dealers in the development of retail marketing opportunites through business case and ROI analysis
  • Assistance and coordination with sponsoring dealers in the management of the development and implementation of retail stores:
    • Direct management of the TRP Store coding and opening process: Including develoment of PACCAR Parts and Truck Division location approval documents, dealer assistance with financial plans, and other documentation as required.
    • Supervision and coordination of new store opening operations, sales, marketing, training and personnel development and implementation plans.
  • Assistance and coordination with sponsoring dealers in the management support of ongoing operations for Retail Stores
  • Coordination and liason with PACCAR Parts and other PACCAR Divisions in the development of sales, marketing, operations and training programs that support TRP Stores.
  • Create reports and data analysis related to TRP Store performance in North America and coordinate reports and data analysis of TRP Store performance with PACCAR Parts Europe and PACCAR Parts Australia.
  • Support the Business Development Manager and TRP Location Development Manager with presentation assistance as required in the marketing and promotion of the TRP store program.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years retail management or store development experience in Heavy Duty or Medium Duty truck aftermarket or related automotive or transportation field.
  • Experience with Heavy and Medium Duty truck aftermarket parts operations, marketing and distribution.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, process and people management skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, specifically EXCEL and Powerpoint.
  • Approximately 25% travel in U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
