Duties:
- Dealer Training, Security, and Desktop Support
- Develop and execute project plans and timelines for internal - external customers
- Division security administrator for all server based systems and storage
- Responsible for technical planning, evaluation, capital justification, implementation, integration and support of technical projects and systems that support sales, engineering, material planning, accounting, facilities, and production
- Coordinate changes to systems with Master Change Control calendar
- 1st/2nd level support for problem resolution
Skills Required:
- 2 years of relevant experience; MCSE certification desired.
- Must have a working knowledge and understanding of Windows networking and operating systems including web protocols, WINS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, DFS, AD, and replication. SQL skills a plus.
- Windows 2007/2010/2013 systems administration experience a plus
- Experience using Active Directory and system security tools
- Experience researching and implementing new technologies and applying knowledge to solve business problems
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a team approach
- Ability and willingness to work occasional off-hours and weekends
- Must be self motivated and self starter with the ability to lead others as well as work with minimal or no supervision; able to work with others in high pressure situations to solve problems
Education/Training Desired: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required
