Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

Manage dealer marketing activities and support marketing activities for the vocational market segment.

JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage marketing activities oriented towards dealers.
  • Manage dealer bulletin communications, including authoring new bulletins, routing for approval, and posting to DealerNet.
  • Manage DealerNet marketing and sales content.
  • Manage training and customer event DealerNet postings.
  • Act as Kenworth Division lead for Global Portal system development and implementation.
  • Manage marketing collateral used by internal sales teams to market to both dealers and customers.
  • Manage marketing external and internal sales webcasts.
  • Manage ISO compliance processes for Sales and Marketing.
  • Represent Marketing in OAR committee process.
  • Represent Marketing in product implementation meetings.
  • Manage multiple trade shows throughout the year.
  • Manage show truck fleet for truck movement and on-site support for trade shows and events.
  • Manage regional trade show budget and process.
  • Manage marketing show truck supplier content funding, as well as managing supplier funding for marketing events in a supporting role.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, marketing or business administration required.
  • Master's Degree in business or other related discipline preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in engineering, sales, marketing, or field service is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of Office Suite, including Access.
  • Preferred knowledge of PACCAR EPortal system and functionality.
  • Strong research and analysis skills.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Up to 10% travel required.
