Requisition Summary

The PacLease Remote Lease Operations Manager will administer fleet operations for the “PacLease Remote Operations” (PRO) Department’s Customer Accounts.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall development, management, and financial perform of the PacLease Remote Operations (PRO) Department
  • Manage PacLease Remote Lease Operations’ Department and strategic growth plans.
  • Provide effective and professional fleet related support for PacLease Customer Accounts.
  • Responsible for first contact communication for many customer service/maintenance events.
  • Provides orientation for new PacLease customers.
  • Responsible for P&L forecasting, review, and analysis for PacLease Remote Operations Department.
  • Responsible for new customer rating assessment and coordination with National Accounts.
  • Manage scheduling and administration of maintenance for fleet accounts.
    • Coordinate and participate in fleet inspection visits.
    • Coordinate replacement units for customers as needed.
    • Reconcile and occasionally assist in resolving over-the-road service events
  • Oversee administrative processing: customer billing discrepancies, accounts payable/receivable, warranty claims, and other operational expenses.
  • Build strong working relationships with the third party vendors, including sourcing of new vendors as necessary.
  • Own customer satisfaction for remote fleet customers and coordinating problem resolution among PacLease Company Stores & PacLease Franchise locations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Five to ten years related experience, preferably in a full-service leasing and/or maintenance environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, effective time management and strong analytical skills are a must.
  • Prefer rental/leasing and/or maintenance industry experience.
  • Familiar with heavy truck specifications including legal, performance, and application criteria.
  • Understands administrative and maintenance features of Full Service Lease Operations.
  • Detail oriented, organized, determined, ambitious, and a “team player”.
  • Possess strong PC skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA Preferred.
