The Corporate Compensation Analyst / Sr. Compensation Analyst is responsible for providing a broad range of support for the administration of base, incentive, expatriate, and equity compensation programs for PACCAR’s 23,000 global employees, as well as, assist with the design and implementation of HR technology systems.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Analyze and administer stock, deferred and expatriate compensation plans globally.

  • Manage the global compensation survey process and evaluate the competitiveness of PACCAR's compensation programs; ensure they are in compliance with local, state and federal laws.

  • Assist HR professionals in building and recommending compensation proposals for the U.S., Mexico, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Brazil, India and Australia.
  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of communications regarding compensation programs, policies and guidelines to a variety of employees in several countries.
  • Provide guidance and interpretation to managers, supervisors, and employees on corporate compensation programs.
  • Prepare custom and standard reports for HR Leadership, Senior Management and PACCAR’s Board of Directors.
  • Provide administrative support for PACCAR’s applicant tracking system and reporting software

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization including Senior Management.

  • Strong Excel aptitude.
  • Detail oriented, extremely organized, and have the ability to manage multiple assignments successfully in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Strategic and hands-on approach to compensation including the ability to creatively design concepts and evaluate models to determine viability.
  • A self-starter with a professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates leadership and vision in managing teams, projects or processes.
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Business, or Human Resources.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in compensation, or related analytical field.

Education

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Six Sigma
