Division Information


PACCAR Parts operates a network of parts distribution centers offering aftermarket support to Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF dealers and customers around the world. Aftermarket support includes customer call centers operating 24 hours a day throughout the year and technologically advanced systems to enhance inventory control and expedite order processing.

Requisition Summary

As a member of the PACCAR Parts Fleet Services program, the Fleet Sales Manager is responsible for growing parts and service sales to targeted national account fleets. This requires close collaboration with PACCAR dealer management, PACCAR truck divisions and fleet customers.  In addition to identifying and developing growth opportunities with new and existing accounts, the Fleet Sales Manager will coordinate efforts to address a variety of fleets’ logistical needs and train dealer parts sales personnel on program specifics.  The role is complimented by dynamic outside sales and inside support teams, and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to one of PACCAR’s most innovative and fastest-growing aftermarket initiatives. 

This position is based in the Southwest.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through aggressive dealer and customer visits in coordination with District Parts Managers, promoting part sales, programs, systems and marketing plans for the bus and public sector market segments. 
  • Develop a close working relationship with dealer parts and service teams to accomplish parts sales goals and dealer program participation goals while maintaining network consistency. 
  • Work with Dealer Principal and dealer management to serve as consultant to dealers' parts and service business growth/profitability. 
  • Train dealer personnel on key initiatives, programs and systems. 
  • Assist dealer personnel in identifying and developing key accounts. 
  • Act as liaison between dealer, PACCAR Parts Division and other PACCAR Divisions in resolving issues related to bus and public sector market segments, as needed in close coordination with PACCAR Parts field teams. 
  • Up to 65% travel required. 
  • Other projects as assigned.


  • 4-year degree required (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of industry experience, with a thorough understanding of heavy-duty trucks, truck dealers, suppliers and fleets
  • Excellent computer skills, including complete Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including group presentation skills
  • Supplier and fleet negotiation skills required
  • Proven self-starter, takes initiative, high level of creativity
  • Positive attitude, ability to overcome multiple challenges while maintaining focus on stated goals
  • Proven analytical skills required to track progress and identify opportunities to grow business strategically
  • Ability to travel 65%
