Division Information

PACCAR Parts

PACCAR Parts operates a network of parts distribution centers offering aftermarket support to Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF dealers and customers around the world. Aftermarket support includes customer call centers operating 24 hours a day throughout the year and technologically advanced systems to enhance inventory control and expedite order processing.
 

Requisition Summary

Responsible for processing dealer claim/credit requests per Division Policies and Department Guidelines.  Credit Specialist will validate credit requests and work with PDC's, Suppliers, and Internal Departments to ensure claims are processed accurately and timely.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Review and validate dealer claim requests
  • Process DSP and supplier credits
  • Respond to Dealer inquiries and calls
  • Process daily and monthly parts returns

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or actively pursuing education
  • One year of data entry and customer service experience required
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Access
  • The ability to work independantly and to make decisions based on department policies and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer service orientation
  • Must have the ability to multi task and manage changing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
