Responsibilities include but are not limited to depending on position:
Contribute to the development and execution of key marketing initiatives across the OSG brand
Assist with social media posts, analytics, and blogs across OSG organizations
Work with client care leaders and help manage admin tasks surrounding manual reports associated with client deliverables
Document existing processes and procedures within client experience departments (technical, project management, etc.)
Review contractsfor the account management team to capture various items that require reading the agreement (material increase, renewal clause, penalties, etc.)
Compile and review data/analytics
Assist and design win/loss/churn programs
Design marketing collateral (ads, web banners, social media graphics, landing pages, sales sheets, etc.)
