Job Description

SUMMARY:

Registered Nurse, licensed to practice in the State of Oregon, according to Oregon’s professional nursing standards. Treating Medical detox clients seeking treatment for drug and alcohol addiction.

Schedule:

Full-time Mon- Wed Nights on call

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Must have an associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school for Nursing. Six months to one-year related experience preferred. Oregon license required.

· Candidates must be legally employable by a U.S. business

· RN required/Unencumbered Oregon State Registered Nurse license required.

· Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

The successful candidate will understand and perform the following functions.

· This RN will participate as an integral clinical team member in our residential detox unit

· Provide medical, psychiatric and support services to designated individuals receiving services.

· Case management and medication management skills required.

· Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
