Job Description

Ooma is looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales Associates. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Essential Duties:

  • Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales ready opportunities.
  • Successfully, manage and overcome prospects objections
  • Close deals!

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of Inside Sales Experience
  • Tenacity, discipline and focus
  • Strong phone presence and being comfortable making cold calls
  • Previous experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
  • SMB Sales experience preferred specifically within the Telcom industry
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
