ON Semiconductor is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the EEPROM Memory team, located in Phoenix, AZ. As a Product Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to conduct feasibility analysis for new product opportunities, perform data analysis, research competitor products and submit engineering prototype build requests to manufacturing sites while receiving guidance and training as needed. You will have the opportunity to be a key player in the growth of new product development for the Memory Business Unit.

Performance Objectives:

This opportunity will ask a student to have the following performance objectives:

* Conduct feasibility analysis for new product development opportunities
* Strong communication skills to help coordinate various projects and tasks
* Compile and analyze characterization data for new silicon chip designs
* Conduct benchmarking analysis of competitor products

In order to be considered for an internship, you must be a student currently enrolled in school pursuing an accredited degree program. This position is specifically looking for an Electrical Engineering Student.

* Local students only
* Minimum 3rd year Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
* Ability to work independently
* Possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work in teams
* Preferred to have coursework in Digital and Analog Electronics
