what this role calls for

* Report on campaign performance based on based on specifications from the measurement plan.
* Gather and clean data from ad servers, media partners, and other platforms.
* Generate clear descriptions of campaign results through tables and graphs.
* Work collaboratively with Strategy and Digital Activation teams to understand media plan details to inform learnings and recommendations.
* Under supervision, draft client-facing reports and PowerPoint decks.

what you bring

* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Information Management, Social Science, or Business/Marketing related fields.
* At least 1 year of industry experience in a quantitative data-driven field (new graduates will also be considered depending on educational background).
* A strong desire to learn and a passion for advertising, research, and analytics.
* Ability to work well with others and work in cross-functional teams.
* Ability to manage and prioritize concurrent tasks.
* Ability to clearly explain research methodology and basic statistics to multiple audiences both verbally and in writing.

desired technical skills

* Experience in SPSS, SAS, R, or other statistical packages.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience/familiarity with syndicated competitive tools such as Kantar, Nielsen Ad Intel, Comscore, Pathmatics, YouGov, etc.
* Experience/familiarity with resources for industry trends such as Mintel, Statista, eMarketer, Iconoculture, etc.
* Familiarity with research methods, college-level statistics, and online surveys.
