Job Description


The assistantanalyst plays a vital role in the investment process, supporting both theanalyst and supervisor in day to day operations. Qualified candidates should becapable of adapting quickly to shifts in direction, able to learn on the flyand apply cumulative learnings to future work, and a true team player withstrong relationship building skills. He/she will need to collaborate daily withmultiple internal and external parties and should display very strong writtenand verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of business acumen includingboth media and finance is strongly desired.

Adaptable: Ability to adapt toquick changes in direction seamlessly. Thrives in a fast paced environment andcan jump into and out of projects nimbly.

Quick Learner: Picks up newlearning's quickly and is able to apply past learning's to future situations.Asks questions when necessary and appropriately. Can easily accumulate learning'sover time and apply them appropriately in the future.

Analytical Thinker: Assistantanalysts must apply analytical daily and must be comfortable with sophisticatedanalysis and research. Must be a numbers person with ability to thinkcritically and independently.

Accountable and Responsive: Cancommunicate effectively with Supervisors on status of workload and potentialchallenges. Possesses strong written/verbal communication skills.

ProblemSolving/diplomacy/cool headed: Clients, partners and even ourselves- areimperfect, but all challenges have solutions. Helping navigate them and/or asking for help from above in a calm manneris key.

Hunger for using data: Strongdesire to use data points to form investments and tell a client story.

Hunger for innovation: Ourclients want and have some access to truly never-been-done-beforeopportunities. Helping determine the'right' ones and bringing them to life in impactful ways.

Business Acumen: Must understandbasic business principals of media industry and how their role fits within theecosystem. Basic understanding of economics is a plus.

Passion for Media: Displayspassion for pop culture, trends, and motivations in consumer behavior. Is aheavy consumer of media and/or audio.
