Job Description

The Massage Therapist is responsible to provide and maintain the highest standards of massage therapy, body treatments and recommendations for home care. The therapist is expect to uphold daily operational procedures and overall excellent guest care, creating a feeling of rest and relaxation for our guests, resulting in high retention and increased treatments and retail sales for The Spa. Therapists will focus on exceeding guest expectations by relying on guest preferences placed in the guest history, while maintaining Omni standards as well as the Guest safety at all times.

Qualifications

* State of Virginia Massage License
* At least one year of previous professional Therapist experience
* At least 500 hours of massage training, OR 300 training hours, with 2 prior years professional experience
* Hold a current CPR Certificate
* Must be able to lift, hold, and carry up to 30 pounds
* Must be flexible, willing and able to work Saturdays and Sundays, holidays, mornings and evening shifts
