Olson Financial Services - Part-Time Bookkeeper/Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a positive and organized person to help manage the administrative needs of a family-owned wealth management and insurance firm. This person will work closely with the owner and his clients. Part-time position with flexible hours – 20 hours a week. Hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks experience preferred 
  • Microsoft Office experience 
  • Strong organizational and task management skills
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Patience with elderly clients who may be slow at or not use recent technology 
  • Financial services/insurance industry experience preferred
  • Background check required 

Education requirements: High School diploma or AA Degree.
