Job Description

Facilities Assistant Director (Olivet University-Anza, CA), Assist director w/ admin mgmt; Implement facility polices & procdres & admin policy; Maintain knowl of state & univ policies & regs re: facilities mgmt, student actv's, labor, purchasing & contract negots; Help hire, train & eval. f/t staff, interns/student staff; Assist in planning, organizing & scheduling the work of craft workers Assist w/admin State Req'd Facility Inspections; Serve as event coord. & assemble members from depts; Assist w/ work perf eval of the facility dept. employees & sub-contracted workers; Assist in the prep of the annual oper. budget & estimate expenditures; Coord. bldg usage needs & special event set-ups for internal school groups & comm groups & assign custodial &/or maint. staff; Maintain records & prep reports related to operations.
