This position is located at our Capitol Branch, 3001 N Lincoln Blvd, OKC, OK 73105.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INTERN ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Provide outstanding internal service and contribute to overall team effort.
* Provide high quality desktop support to OKCU staff.
* Provide support for a broad range of software applications.
* Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and ancillary hardware.
* Troubleshoot basic network and telecommunications connectivity issues.
* Ensure end users are informed of issue status through resolution.
* Support a broad range of projects, such as periodic system implementations and upgrades.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation.
* Maintain a working knowledge of basic networking, telephony, Microsoft Windows, Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
* Maintain a working knowledge of front-line OKCU systems, and how they impact the overall organization.
* Participate in technical aspects of OKCU system implementation projects.
* Ensure confidentiality regarding member transactions and information.
* Ensure actions are compliant with all credit union policies and procedures.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

* Must be currently attending a college/university for a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
