If yes, you could be Oakwood's next NATIONAL ACCOUNT COORDINATOR (NAC)! In this exciting position, you will be the heart and soul of your team's business operations and activities. You will anticipate the needs and continuously collaborate with your client(s).

This position is based out of our Worldwide Sales and Service Center (WSSC) in Phoenix, AZ.

Our offices are located just off the 17 freeway at Dunlap Avenue on 25th Avenue

Shift: Monday - Friday Hours: Currently - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

* (Working hours will change to (9:30 am - 6:00 pm) during daylight savings time.)

Sales - Auditing - Reservations - Customer Service - Administration

The NAC is our one point of contact liaison for our high volume clients, servicing their temporary housing needs globally. The NAC is expected to partner with Directors, Operations Managers, Account Manager and Account Executives to generate sustainable, profitable business.

What Your Day Is Like

* You will service as the liaison between the client and Oakwood


* You will evaluate and service the client's housing needs


* You will respond to large volume of client's needs and manage reservations


* You will partner with Operations to assure timely reservation communications


* You will partner with Sales and Operations on service escalations


* You will use sales skills to convert business


* You will perform customer needs assessment; and provide client reports


* You will act as after-hour resource, when needed



Best Candidates Will Have

* Previous experience in the corporate housing industry or related fields


* Strong organizational, customer service and communication skills


* Administrative and sales experience


* Intermediate abilities with Microsoft Office Suite, email, Internet and CRM (Siebel, preferred)
