Recipient Rights Trainer
Oakland Community Health Network 

Starting Salary: $44,465 (Annually)

General Summary of Position: Responsible for assisting in the development, coordinating and presenting of state required Recipient Rights Training and other relevant training or activities throughout the OCHN Provider Network.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Psychology, Social Work, Human Service Development or closely related field: or in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree; have a minimum of 4 years working experience that includes training, public speaking, Recipient Rights and/or research tasks with some higher education credits.

Work Experience:

  • Have had at least two (2) years of work experience in an administrative, rights advisor, or caseworker capacity in a human service field or have at least 2 years of experience with the public mental health system.
  • Experience developing and providing Recipient Rights-related training preferred.
