Manufacturing Technician

We have an immediate opening for a full-time, skilled and reliable precast manufacturing technician. You will work at one location performing general precast tasks. These tasks include, loading and unloading material, setting and oiling forms, pouring concrete and precast cleanup. You must also be prepared to work in different types of weather conditions. Teamwork is an essential part of this role. Our ideal candidate has some experience, but we are willing to train the right person.

Duties and responsibilities

• Preparing materials and tools on site
• Consult team leaders and managers on daily tasks
• Follow instructions and use tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely, and efficient manner
• Clear and clean precast forms
• Strip and store all poured precast

Workers requirements and qualifications

• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 100 pounds
• Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Must have communication skills
• Must be able to pass a drug test and adhere to our no-drug policy
• Must be able to arrive on time
• Ready and willing work attitude required
• Willingness to work overtime
