Responsibilities

Basic Purpose

Primary responsibility for daily cash management, cash positioning, and electronic bank payments; manages corporate liquidity and revolving credit agreements; primary interface with bank portals; and primary responsibility for managing bank account administration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performs daily cash transactions and reporting, monthly reconciliations and analysis.

Prepares, reviews, or initiates wire transfers, ACH/EFT debits, check requests, and wire transfer templates.

Enters payments in a timely manner, obtains appropriate signatures and approvals, maintains accurate logs and files, and adheres to established banking controls and procedures.

Understands corporate treasury procedures and operates within internal guidelines and controls.

Initiates borrowing and trading activities related to daily operations and pension administration.

Provides reporting of cash management activity and supports creation of external financial statements on a quarterly basis.

Responds to internal and external audit requests, supports internal audits, and researches general audit inquiries.

Acts as a liaison for all Treasury related activities across the organization and externally.

Ensures all compliance aspects of position are known and followed; understands and complies with all policies, codes and regulations applicable to position and company.

Performs related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Essential Education, Skills, and Environment

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics from an accredited school and 2 years of related work experience. Candidates that do not possess a bachelor's degree must have a minimum of 6 years of related work experience.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills

Demonstrated knowledge of commercial banking and corporate cash management practices; with bank portals and treasury work stations. Demonstrated experience in identifying areas of improvement and recommend changes. Demonstrated skills in communicating with others at peer and senior levels.

Equipment and Applications

PCs, word processing, spreadsheet and database software (such as Treasury management software and investment databases).

Work Environment and Physical Demands

General office environment. No special physical demands required.

Compensation

$54,200 to $69,200 Annual Salary; 6% STIP (Short-Term Incentive)
