Now Hiring Parks and Facilities:

  • Maintenance Worker I/II Year-Round position working in parks and facilities.
  • Seasonal Parks Maintenance Workers Maintenance and landscape work at District parks, beaches, and facilities. Seasonal Parking Attendants Collection of parking and boat launching fees.
  • Seasonal Operations Maintenance Workers Maintenance and construction of District's wastewater collection, water storage, and water distribution systems.

Excellent benefit package!

Benefit Package includes participation in CalPERS pension, paid health coverage, 12 days paid holiday, 12 days paid sick leave, two weeks vacation, paid life and long term disability insurance, Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) - $1,500 contribution per year.

The North Tahoe Public Utility District (NTPUD) was formed in 1948 under the State of California Public Utilities Code to provide sewer services to the residents of the north shore of Lake Tahoe. The District’s boundaries range from the Nevada state line in Crystal Bay to Dollar Hill. Our service area includes the communities of Kings Beach, Tahoe Vista, Brockway Vista, Carnelian Bay, Cedar Flat and Agate Bay.
