Job Description

The CRM Quality Analyst will be responsible for various CRM data quality checks and functionality tests. This role will be responsible for performing system tests for minor/major enhancements and build cadence around testing strategy for large projects giving guidance to IT and offshore teams. This role should have focus on operational expertise on Veeva CRM functionalities and can understand architectural integrations - upstream and downstream.

This role will also perform Veeva CRM demos for home office users and franchise for new enhancements and help with the adoption of new functionalities. This role is part of the Commercial Acceleration (CA) Org and reports to the CRM and MDM Integration Lead.

The CRM Quality Analyst will be responsible for the following:

* Participates in interactions with select Franchises and be responsible for their suc-cess, working with Sales Operations.
* Engages with the CRM vendor and key IT resources to ensure accurate functional and technical operation of the CRM system
* Play the role of business analyst for small to mid-sized projects.
* Collaborate system enhancement testing in alignment with long-term sales force ef-fectiveness and data strategy with understanding of validated systems.
* Work with trainers to support adoption and drive delivery of value from CRM usage
* Overall mastery of sales force testing capability and CRM best practices.
* Have hands on experience with system testing best practices and create KPIs to monitor data quality.


Should have experience on CRM projects testing and quality assurance. One should be able to navigate in a matrixed organization.

Act as a functional business analyst and CRM SME for the field force trainers and communications team

Brings constant improvement to testing strategies and work with Veeva to onboard new functionalities. Also help test Veeva releases that deliver business value.


Collaborate partnership with the CRM vendor, key IT resources and franchises to ensure tested functionalities and high quality call plan loads are delivered.

Proactively identify issues / bugs and own its closure through local / global IT and / or product enhancements.

Build, document, enhance, and simplify CRM processes for the sales force

Understand key business drivers and manage the associated CRM requirements gathering in advance of enhancements or updates.

Work with end users and trainers of the system to support adoption and drive delivery of value from CRM usage


Work well cross-functionally with the Business Group, Data teams to optimize the CRM operations.

Build strong, cross-functional relationships to leverage Novartis' expertise to accomplish business goals and objectives

What you'll bring:

Education (minimum/desirable):

Undergraduate degree in business, engineering or related discipline required.

Minimum of 4 years of experience working on sales operations, CRM and/or sales analytical projects, plus 3 years of Healthcare experience a plus

Experience working with Veeva CRM and supporting data platforms testing

Demonstrated experience managing system vendors and making them accountable for quality deliverables.

Experience working in field force and training and communications team is a plus.

Proven self-starter with high standards of excellence and an innovative mind

Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

Proven ability to manage projects and consistently meet deadlines

Excels at interacting with a diverse group of people, all levels of management, including senior leadership

Change management and project management expe-rience

Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
