Northrop Grumman Aerospace System (NGAS) is seeking a Homeroom Master Planning Manager and is expected to have a basic understanding of contract changes, funding implications, and long lead requirements. This manager will be able to implement scheduling and reporting processes per internal and external requirements. The Homeroom Master Planning Manager is expected to fully understand EVMS and be able to support its implementation on the program.

The Homeroom Master Planning Manager will have the ability to guide the development of metrics and reports for management use and reporting to the customer. The Homeroom Master Planning Manager will be able to demonstrate leadership skills and interface well with various tiers of management. The Homeroom Master Planning Manager will have the ability to lead Program level planning efforts, large proposal efforts, and Earned Value based audits such as IBRs and/or JSRs. The Homeroom Master Planning Manager at this level is expected to support the functional organization in process development and improvement and be involved in the hiring process.

Emphasis is on ability to lead the MAS Homeroom Master Planning organization and:

* CAM / EVM Certification Training
* New hire and Intern training
* IEACs performed Quarterly
* Monthly E2 Production schedule Metrics
* Sector special assignments
* New hire and Intern training / Sector special assignments
* NG-UCF Work Experience Program Intern
* Annual Skills Assessments
* Assist in development of program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) activities as required:
* Partner with technical team to drive contract requirements that create a robust schedule plan
* Collaborate with Cost Management to ensure successful schedule/cost integration is achieved at all times
* Manage schedule performance analytics throughout program execution
* Collaborate with Risk Management to identify and track potential risk areas that may affect schedule plan
* Conduct Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)
* Manage program change control with schedule integration
* Ensure company compliance & gov't guidelines and regulations

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of management or experience leading a team in Program Planning and Scheduling.

Must have an active Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Earned Value, IBR and audit (JSRs/EVMID) experience with emphasis on scheduling.
