Job Description

Office Manager

Greet customers in a professional and cordial manner. Operate a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, receipt and collect fees for services. Answer questions concerning program availability, procedures, etc. Conduct financial screenings, verify insurance coverage, and assist clients with paperwork. Monitor, file, prepare, and label all clinical records. Screen incoming calls and forward messages, as appropriate. High school diploma/general educational development certification. Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office required. Prefer a quick learner with initiative. Full benefit package included 37.5 hour work week. Starting annual salary based on qualifications and experience.
