You'll also assist with general HR department functions such as employee off-boarding, talent acquisition reporting, developing and analyzing HR metrics, maintaining job descriptions, making compensation recommendations and assisting with other special projects.

Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; 2-5 years in a HR Generalist or talent acquisition role; demonstrated tact, diplomacy and professionalism with the ability to work with individuals at all levels within the organization; and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.  Bachelor's degree in HR or related area preferred; certification a plus.  Must be willing and able to travel within the KC Metro area and some overnight travel (10%).
