Job Description

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Senior Director of Human Resources, contributes to the effective operation of the hospital by managing and executing all aspects of the national sourcing effort to develop a robust pipeline of Nursing talent. Daily sourcing of Nursing candidates and helping in recruiting and attracting of candidates to NKCH. Collaborates with teams and nursing leadership to understand positions and establish effective sourcing initiatives, utilizes a sourcing strategy which mimics that of traditional agency recruitment firms but from the framework of an internal talent acquisition department. Assists with on-going and special projects administered through Human Resources.

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of prior experience in Nursing, Sales, Marketing, recruitment or another customer service position.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based recruitment/sourcing tools such as job boards, social recruitment sites and candidate relationship management systems, overall strong technical proficiency. Proficiency in one or more applicant tracking systems.

OTHER: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to identify and assess changes using critical thinking, data collection methods, analysis, experience and judgment to identify and implement solutions.

LICENSE/CERT: Preferred: RN (Registered Nurse) State of Missouri

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Related Field, Preferred: Bachelors - Nursing
