Job Description

SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Compensation and Benefits Director performs a variety of professional, technical and analytical compensation activities. Provides support to ensure that compensation and benefits are accurately delivered to all employees.

  • Assists with maintenance of performance management system by maintaining job descriptions, performing audits and completing necessary clean-up to template and performance reviews.
  • Assists with salary administration programs.
  • Participates in compensation surveys.
  • Ensures HRIS data (such as job code, scheduled hours, shift assignment and salary) is accurate and policies are followed by auditing change of status.
  • Serves as a resource and works with HR staff on compensation and benefit related matters.
  • Assists with projects, other duties as needed and assigned.

EXPERIENCE: Two to three years' experience with compensation administration related activities.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Knowledge of HR principles and practices, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication. Helpful: CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) Coursework

EDUCATION: Required: Bachelors - Human Resources, Bachelors - Business
