* Prioritizes and reviews incoming intellectual property-related correspondence and materials and routes to appropriate attorney or paralegal for review with recommendations for next action, as appropriate
* Under supervision of attorney or paralegal, coordinates the handling of reports of intellectual property infringements, including retaining and directing local counsel and investigative agents
* Performs Internet research and legal tasks within the intellectual property area under the direction of attorney/paralegal
* Maintains databases used to track, report and analyze data in support of intellectual property enforcement activities
* Responds to law enforcement and customs authorities' requests for product identification
* Works with internal departments and maintains information related to authentic and promotional products
* Provides regular reports relating to intellectual property matters to other Nintendo employees
* Drafts correspondence
* Collaborates with global team members and provides support in projects as assigned
* Files, maintains, and tracks intellectual property files and correspondence
* Assists with administrative functions for the team as necessary


* 1-3 years of related experience in an office environment
* Strong writing and verbal communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite of products with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point.
* Excellent organizational skills and effective ability to prioritize competing obligations for a variety of customers.
* College degree
