IT Procurment Assistant

Description of role: The Procurement Associate is responsible for day-to-day administration of IT procurement needs including budget formation, purchase order creations, invoice follow-up, and financial data review.

Responsibilities (List all that apply):

* Participate in the design, organization, and execution of IT's annual budget.
* Liaise between IT, Procurement, and Corporate Finance.
* Purchase Order Creation
* Invoice Follow-up
* Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Qualifications

Minimum Required:

* Years of Experience in Field: 3-5
* Years of Experience in Position: 3-5
* Years of Experience in Supervising Employees: N/A

Preferred (Optimal Candidate):

* Years of Experience in Field: 5+
* Years of Experience in Position: 5+
* Years of Experience in Supervising Employees: N/A

Required Skills (List all that apply)

* Excellent computer skills
* Expertise with Microsoft Excel
* Proficiency with Oracle E-Business or SAP
* Accounting skills, knowledge of accounting principles and practices
* Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical skills and attention to details

Education

Minimum Required:

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance or equivalent work experience

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance
