Position Specific Description

This role is primarily responsible for executing Mechanical Engineering related activities on plant systems and components to support normal operation and equipment overhauls to maintain equipment reliability, operational goals, and regulatory requirements. Activities would include industry code compliance reviews, engineering evaluations for pumps, valves, tanks, heat exchangers, filters and demineralizers in gaseous, water and steam systems. The expectation is that the individual will interact with plant personnel (Operations, Maintenance, Planning, Work Control, and Outside Engineering Groups) to review / address assignment specific activities in support of maintaining the plant Design Bases and regulatory compliance.
