Job Description

Purpose

Essential Duties

  • Properly and accurately brand tires
  • Competent in air pressure checks
  • Competent in tread depths and tire inspections
  • Properly perform small, medium and heavy vehicle tire changes
  • Able to use computerized ordering systems
  • Competent in tire truck operation
  • Competent in tire handler operation
  • Competent in tire tool maintenance
  • Competent in mining, construction, farming or other heavy equipment tire changes
  • Able to complete other general maintenance duties as assigned

Training & Experience

To be considered for this position, the applicant must meet the following requirements:

  • Three (3) or more years of experience maintaining heavy equipment tires in a mining, construction or farming environment
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proven  excellent safety and attendance record
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job
