Position SummaryUnder the direction of the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Programs, the Undergraduate Student Services Administrator provides additional capacity and support in the areas of student services, program coordination, and curriculum management for the Office of Undergraduate Academics. Advise students regarding school and University academic requirements and supports staff in the Office of Undergraduate Academics (UGA) with planning, coordinating, and participating in various events that promote academic opportunities throughout the year, including information sessions, panels, and recruiting/yield events. Assist with development and marketing of curriculum and programs. Qualifications Required Education:Bachelor's Degree Required Experience:2+ years Preferred Experience:Experience in a student services setting, advising students, coordinating events. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs, Adobe Pro. Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced academic environment. Discretion and ability to handle sensitive issues. Proficient in using Student Information Systems (SIS) and Acalog publishing software.
