Responsibilities

New York Tech Athletics seeks an Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach to help improve the performance and skill of our student athletes in their sport. The Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach will work in collaboration with the Head Coach to provide an integrated program of injury prevention, reconditioning and performance training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field from a college or university accredited by the US Dept. of Education or internationally recognized accredited organization required; Master's degree preferred.

Collegiate strength and conditioning coaching experience preferred.

Three years' experience teaching Olympic movements to a variety of men and women's team.

Experience working with culturally diverse populations.

Certification in CPR/AED/First Aid required.

CSCS, CSCCA or equivalent certifications required.
