Full Time Public Works Position

New Wilmington Borough is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Public Works position. The preferred applicant will have three years of experience in the construction and/or maintenance of municipal infrastructure including water distribution systems, sanitary sewers, and roadways. Highly qualified applicants will possess one or more of the following: Carpentry experience, General Maintenance experience, CDL class B with air endorsement.

Also preferred are: Electric distribution experience, Sewer collection system operators license, Water distribution license, experience in heavy equipment operation related to construction and utilities. Applicants must possess a PA driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, successfully complete a criminal background check, and pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
