Accounts Payable / Administrative Assistant

Connecticut General Contractor looking for a candidate with experience in Accounts Payable as an assistant to our Controller. Individual must be proficient in MS Office (Excel) and experience in Timberline/ Sage preferred but not necessary. Duties will include but not limited to daily input of invoices, purchase orders, check writing, documentation, filing & other associated tasks of an AP personnel. Separately administrative duties of answering the phones, filing and miscellaneous tasks as team support for the office will be required.
