Business Solutions Consultant

Location: Florida, Orlando

The banking software company are hiring a Business Solutions Consultant to provide technical support for the USA sales team.

One of the world's leading producers of financial services software.

Software in support on enterprise level solutions for banking and financial services. These solutions cover every aspect of banking operations.

To provide pre and post-sales technical support to the sales teams on client qualification & solution design.

Job Purpose

Business Solutions Group (BSG) Consultants provide expert Solutions Architecting of products and services to current and prospective clients, distributors and partners to facilitate and enable sales, deployment and support of sales across USA, Canada and Caribbean.

A BSG Technical Consultant is a Specialist in the products, especially T24 and EdgeConnect and an integral part of the vision to provide the most comprehensive banking solutions for North America.

They provide Solutions Architecting, Pre-Sales expertise and support to sales with technical architecture, technical deployment and system configuration and are responsible for providing and responses on all the technical aspects of a Request for Information (RFI)/Request for Proposal (RFP).

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Drive the pre-sales phase by introducing product/services offering and provide product demonstrations - functionality, performance, system architecture, system requirements etc. by interfacing with prospective and current customers, distributors and partners (primarily as technical level but also at business level).
  • Recommend system solutions that ensure the optimum usage and utilization of products and services
  • Design, document, communicate and recommend new/enhanced enterprise architecture satisfying business requirement and technical/budget/time constraints.
  • Contribute on the technical aspects of the RFI/RFP's and ensure prompt and accurate replies to the special/complicated technical or business inquiries from prospects, clients, distributors and partners.
  • Stay current with market trends and observe functional and technical changes and advances.
  • Perform such other duties, functions and services, consistent with status or vocational ability, as may from time to time be required.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational & Proficiency level:

  • Professional with a minimum of 10-years of domain experience in some of the above as an IT professional.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of banking IT architecture and functionality. Some knowledge of banking applications, computer hardware and software, or User Experience Technology (UXP) or Internet/Mobile Banking and programming.

Sales Skills:

  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling all IT solutions. Respond to RFPs and RFIs, product demonstrations.
  • Knowledge of T24 and EdgeConnect is highly advantageous.
