Nebraska Medicine is now taking applications for a talented individual to join us as an Outpatient Pharmacy Technician at the #Bellevue Medical Center location. The current position is Full Time (1.0 FTE) and is benefit eligible. #The Nebraska Medical Center Bellevue Pharmacy hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8AM - 8 PM#and Saturday 8AM -1 PM. #Candidate availability should closely align with these hours.# Shift length can vary between 8-10 hours/day. ## We partner with our physicians, nurses and other hospital staff to provide the best Serious Medicine and Extraordinary Care available in the region.# We are excited to have Forbes Magazine recognize us in their list of American#s top employers and the best employer in Nebraska. Come join us!! Required Qualifications: Minimum of 18 years of age required. Ability to attend and successfully complete 160 hours of on the job training required. High school education or equivalent required. Ability to complete moderate to difficult mathematical calculations using a hand held calculator required. Ability to attend and successfully complete 160 hours of on the job training required. Licensed Nebraska pharmacy intern or registered as a pharmacy technician with the State of Nebraska Board of Pharmacy required. If registered as a Pharmacy Technician, certification within twelve months of licensed date required. Preferred Quailifications: Work experience which demonstrates analytical ability, judgment, and interpersonal skills in pharmacy or healthcare preferred. College coursework in pharmacy preferred. Ability to type 20 wpm (with error correction) preferred. Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred. #
