Job Description

Responsibilities

Role Purpose

The Coordinator will work closely within the Olympic Operations team and associated planning departments. Tasks include, but not limited to; managing internal planning meetings and documentation, supporting the manpower & hiring operation, database entry for facilities and manpower, logistical support for surveys and meetings in Host countries for the Olympics and associated events.

Responsibilities

* Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal processes including database systems.
* Coordinate logistics for travelers for surveys and meetings, both domestic and international
* Create and manage associated travel documentation and handle invoices and expense reporting
* Work closely with key departments: Human Resources, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Finance
* Hire, onboard and shepherd 500+ people for Production Logistics, Games Event Management, Security and Operations
* Prepare and publish meeting and survey materials in addition to event and seminar manuals and meeting note-taking
* Administrative support such as answering phones, coordinating calendars and meetings for departmental leads in conjunction with Executive Assistants

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications

Minimum two (2) years Production Coordinator experience in sports television or live events.

College degree or equivalent experience.

Excellent organizational skills and high level of attention to detail

Strong ability to assess priorities, multitask, adapt to fast-paced environment and take direction from multiple people

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, desktop publishing and ability to adapt to in-house database systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to present clear, concise information using metrics, basic financial planning and other baseline business principles

Cross cultural communication skills - ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
