We anticipate continuing to grow over the next few years to sustain even larger hiring programs - programs that begin with attracting the right talent, selection, pre-employment processing, communication, and finally, placement of full-time teammates. Responsibilities for this position may include: - Oversee and guide the full recruitment and hiring cycle for full-time applicants from marketing, outreach, and testing to application, candidate selection, conditional and final job offers, and hiring. - Provide excellent customer support/service to our clients (applicants, hiring organizations, leadership, stakeholders, etc.) during employment processing, focusing on continual communication and brokering assistive technologies for enhanced outreach. - Partner to develop NSA's annual Recruitment and Hiring strategy to ensure that NSA is hiring the best talent possible while achieving its diversity and disability hiring goals through a decisive and data-informed decision process. - Maintain and develop strong relationships with key institutions (government, industry and academia) to foster a robust applicant pool and talent pipeline of diverse candidates and promote the hiring of a diverse workforce. - Be THE advocate for diversity and disability hiring in strong partnership with the Diversity Equality and Inclusion organization. - Plan, program and execute a budget that enhances NSA's brand as an employer of choice while making team our number one priority. - Provide gold standard applicant and client care optimizing information technologies to include artificial intelligence solutions while ensuring we maintain a "high-touch" feel with our clients. - Develop and use data (metrics) to inform process improvements and innovate in the recruitment and hiring arena.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas are desired: -Teaming. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
