The Position:

As a Manager of Client Services, You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and overseeing the Client Relations Team (interviewing, 1:1 meetings, providing feedback, quality control)
  • Leading team meetings and special projects as it relates to the business
  • Working with the NAE's representatives, clients and associates from other departments to resolve any client issues
  • Providing problem resolution by serving as a liaison between Account Executives and clients
  • Providing updates to current clients and such type communications to enhance relationships with clients and to provide growth opportunities

This position resides at our home office in Strongsville and reports directly to our VP of Operations. Each day, you will interact with your team, ensuring they have what they need to effectively and efficiently perform their jobs. You will support our clients by staying abreast of all emails, calls and requests that are directed to the Client Relations team. You will work within a Client Relations Management (CRM) tool to ensure that our clients needs are met in a polite, professional manner with a sense of urgency while meeting serious deadlines. You will review product and pricing details, marketing requests, new client setups, webinars, supply orders and technical assistance for accuracy while leading a team of responsive individuals.

We are located right off I-71 with access to all major highways, including the Ohio Turnpike. Close proximity to shopping and tons of dining options. Just 20 minutes from Downtown Cleveland.
