Overview Myriad Genetics, Inc. is currently seeking a motivated and self-directed part-time Accounting Clerk who will be responsible for various administrative support activities within the accounting department. The Accounting Clerk will be located at the Company's facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Responsibilities *
  • Assist in daily cash receipt deposits and customer payment processing; * Prepare various depository reports as required for incoming cash receipts; * Implement quality control accounting procedures for receipts process; * Responsible for operating scanning equipment to create high-level document images; * Administrative support functions include assistance in organization and refinement of documents as well as general maintenance of accounting and finance files; * Respond to a variety of accounting related questions from customers and departments; * Ensure that processes follow corporate policy and are accurate; and * Performs any other tasks deemed necessary by management. Qualifications *
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience; * Experience with the use of Microsoft Office Products; * Experience using ten key to process a large volume of numeric transactions; * Ability to learn computer programs quickly; * Must have superior professional office demeanor and good organizational skills to maintain financial records; * Follows established policies and procedures to complete assignments with a high level of accuracy.
