An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our successful oncology team in Sweden. As Oncology Customer Manager You will be responsible for launches within the area of immuno-oncology therapies where MSD has an industry leading position and clinical program across multiple tumor types. You will be responsible for developing account plans, educate hospital staff and ensure effectively implementation and follow up on the brand strategies. You will develop relationships oncologists and other specialist at the clinics in Sweden, in order to find collaborative opportunities to improve patient health outcomes and proactively identifying business opportunities.
You will work closely with the medical and business teams, ensuring that MSD delivers value to patients, payers and physicians, and become a trusted partner within Oncology in Sweden. You will be cooperating within cross-functional teams with Medical, Market Access, Policy and Communication on a national and Nordic level. In this role you will have great autonomy to improve cancer care in Sweden.

The position is field-based and will be responsible for a specific territory in Sweden depending on your city of residence. The position reports to the Nordic Oncology Franchise Lead.


We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor or University degree from an accredited university, and not less than 3 years of experience in hospital customer/account management within the pharmaceutical industry, preferable within oncology. A high level of scientific/clinical knowledge is required in order to provide value-adding therapeutic solutions to customers. You are self-motivated and perform with a high level of independence.

We expect you to have the flexibility and dynamism to adapt and succeed in a rapidly changing environment, and your people skills are equally impressive. You are able to work independently with very little supervision. You are open-minded, and you want to make a difference for patients and physicians always working with high ethical standards. You exhibit the following qualities:

- Scientific understanding
