The Regional Demand Managers are part of the Regional Demand Management European wider team and builds the bridge between market demand plans and Hub supply plans to ensure an end-to-end supply chain visibility and good service level to customers. Commercial Dynamic Translation from Commericial to Manufacturing. To regionally govern demand forecasting.

In this role the Regional Demand Manager is responsible for
-Local Market Sensing and Commercial Dynamic Translation: Drive the dialogue each month for her/his respective markets and products with Market Demand Planners, Hub Supply Network Planners, Regional Finance Leads, Regional Marketing Leads etc.. to meet service level objectives with optimum inventory policy.
-Global Demand Process Market Governance: Support for aligned markets to enable process & system enhancements.
-Driving the Integrated Business Planning IBP process to achieve consensus planning and limiting planning variability.
-Ensure integrity of metrics to drive value to customer: Monitor Regional targets.

Responsibilities

The primary activities include but are not limited to the following activities:

Core Responsibilities:

-Drive the monthly IBP process: support demand reviews with markets, input to the regional IBP, including risk&opportunities identification.
-Drive franchise (aggregate) demand reviews & look into details where needed
-Support the demand aspect for product launches and product deletion governance with Responsible Local Markets.
-Regionally review and challenge demand plans by exception follow up with markets.
-Achieve a Consensus Supply Plan in collaboration with Markets.
-Ensure service excellence to customers.
-Work with markets to finalize product SLA implementation in support of strategic initiatives.
-Assist in input gathering with markets for Profit Planning purposes.

Qualifications

Professional education and skills

Education:
-Bachelor of Science/Engineering/Business - preferably Supply Chain or related discipline
-APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is an advantage

Skills Required:
-Minimum 3 year experience, preferably in pharmaceutical environment
-Strong knowledge of all aspects of Supply Chain Management
-Demonstrated experience and competence with Demand Planning processes
-Highly organized profile with customer focus, proactive and problem solving mindset
-Strong English communication skills written and verbally
-Awareness of business and industry dynamics and regulation
-Capable of working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
-SAP and MS Office experience (with strong Excel skills) are preferred
-Experience in at least one additional SCM function: is required e.g. SNP, Fufilment etc.

-Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to communicate, collaborate and influence
-Ability to think End-to-End when analyzing problems and resolving project conflicts
-Willing to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing environment.
