Chain Account Manager-KEY000240

Description

Build a strong relationship/partnership with Key Chain Pharmacy Accounts and strengthen integrated selling approach with collaboration across Business Units/Functions to achieve business objectives by providing customized value proposition

Responsibilities:

- Gather information about (potential or existing) key accounts from external and internal sources (e.g. market research institutes, internal cross-functional customer-facing teams)

- Develop key account plan based on clear objectives and to break down into operational targets

- Lead in all planning and interactions to develop actions/programs with different company stakeholders for the key account

- Monitor key account development and compliance with contract guidelines

- Develop KPIs for successful implementation at account level

- Engage & negotiate with external stakeholders with customized propositions

- Excellent execution at key account outlets with close collaboration across Business Units

- Track and re-evaluate strategy and implementation

Qualifications

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Science or related discipline with Key Account Management or at least five (5) years' sales experience preferably in the MNC pharmaceutical company

- Proven track record in delivering business-impact project in a complex, cross functional environment and execution capability in a leadership position with established track record of successes

- Self-starter, high level of personal motivation and results-oriented

- A team player with high leadership qualities and ability to work effectively cross-functionally

- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills i.e persuasive and negotiation skills

- Excellent written and oral communication in English
