Position:
Sales Manager, Mr. Roof Louisville
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager, under the direction of Vice-President of
Sales, will partner with the business unit's General Manager in
defining the business unit's goals and will be responsible for the
execution of the strategy to achieve these goals, and in doing so
providing leadership to the Sales Team. The Sales Manager has
responsibility for managing the sales associates and will focus on
cultivation of our existing customer base and development of new
customers to ensure targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are
met. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in leading
sales team and want to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding,
customer-centric environment.

Responsible for ensuring Mr. Roof's Louisville branch
meets/exceeds budgeted revenue and margin goals
Recruit, train, develop and retain high-functioning sales
personnel focused on meeting the customer's needs

Delivers the business' sales KPI goals and works to continually
develop and expand business opportunities
Reviews and manages estimates, job scopes and ongoing progress
of large commercial projects
Participates in budgeting process through management of sales
budget at business unit level

Qualifications, Education &
Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent
combination of education and experience
Proven Business to Consumer sales experience, can quickly come
to understand the Mr. Roof selling system and teach it, with great
consistency, to others
Recognizable leadership skills and ability to influence others,
to include independent contractors
Understands how to generate leads for the sales force and has a
history of growing sales
Personable, energetic and highly motivated. Can find multiple
ways to achieve the stated company goals and objectives.
Effectively sell a value proposition to a consumer and coach
others to do consistently
Analyze date from Salesforce and Halo to maximize value of lead
distribution, sales performance and trending of business
Experience selling to consumer a building product in a single
transaction such as: roofing/gutters, windows, doors, carpet,
garage doors, water heaters, painting, insulation, basement
waterproofing & home security systems.
Ability to create/grow brand recognition in the Nashville
market by participating in local trade shows, pertinent
associations and other relative events
Proficient in understanding/interpreting the company's
financials and proven experience in the budgeting process
Tech savvy and proficient with today's most popular software
and social media applications
Precise and articulate written and oral communication; ability
to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative
situations and demonstrate individual and group presentation
skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively
identify and respond to shifting priorities
