Application Manager Equivalent to Beef Harvest Floor Supervisor/Manager
$70-75k+ based on experience
5 or more years of beef harvest floor knife experience
Travel required (US)
Bilingual a plus (English-Spanish preferred)
Ability to keep a sharp knife and work inline
Sound judgment, decision making and personal integrity
Ability to delegate and follow through
Sound human relations skills, organizational skills

Equipment Used Knives: the ability to keep a sharp knife
Familiarity with livestock harvest equipment and boning room equipment
Basic tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)

Our company has provided consulting and technology integration to the meat processing sector since 1986 and is growing rapidly in the US, Canada and Australia. Based in Hudson, WI and Melbourne AU. As the Applications Technician Laptop: (MS Office, etc.), you will be responsible for:


Customer Support The Applications Technician will act as a key team member travelling to client slaughter plants with thorough knowledge of processing, cutting and technology work, working in teams with other staff, or alone. Provide continuous guidance and proactive communications to assure that superiors and team members, clients and contractors receive thorough and complete information in all aspects of their assigned work activities, as it relates to successful implementation of the technology on the kill floor. Periodically assist in our dry blending facility in Hudson, WI as well.
Technical Proficiency Develop knowledge base of all job functions in harvest floor, boning room, department procedures, and system applications to effectively provide assistance to client personnel and other employees. This area includes: all slaughtering operations, mix room operations, and ability to communicate to our engineers effectively while trouble shooting process automation, fluid engineering, refrigeration, electrical engineering, and a basic understanding of meat plant operations as it relates to successful implementation and operation of our technology.
